Who we are

We’ve loved Florida beaches for decades. And we have a passion to help to preserve and protect architectural art. Combining those ideals led us to own, design/build and/or renovate beach homes in some fabulous Florida towns along the gulf coast.

Our first Little Beach House was in Rosemary Beach, Florida. At right around 1,000 square feet, we owned, designed and built this home in partnership with Geoffrey Mouen, renowned architect of the towns in Albany, Bahamas, Golden Oak at Walt Disney World® Resort and Celebration, Florida among others. Geoffrey did most of the exterior work, and Floyd McCollum AIA did the site design, outbuildings and interiors. It was a gem! This Little Beach House is forever captured in the pages of several books about Rosemary Beach.

Our second Little Beach House was in Alys Beach, Florida, a resort-style community in Florida’s panhandle located in the midst of route 30-A, famous for Seaside and Rosemary Beach among other stunning towns known for their architecture. Floyd McCollum, AIA designed our home in its entirety. During our ownership, we had some celebrity guests renting our home…and they were super-nice people!

Little Beach House Sanibel is our newest coastal home in Sanibel, Florida. We’ve visited the island over many years. Unlike much of booming Florida, the island hasn’t changed a lot since some of our first visits there more than 30 years ago. Since there hasn’t been a lot of new development, Sanibel has maintained it’s laid-back, natural atmosphere. No high-rises or traffic lights here! It's known as a world-class shelling destination with beautiful, quiet beaches, with lots of outdoor activities like biking on 27 miles of paths and exploring wildlife in refuges like the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, as well as opportunities for fishing, boating, and relaxing by the water.

Little Beach House Sanibel is currently available for monthly rental now and into the future whenever the calendar allows.
